Vayana strengthens SolutionNET’s Leadership with Anand Krishnamurthy as COO

Bengaluru, India, 2nd Feb 2017 – Vayana has been implementing a series of strategic actions to position SolutionNET (a business unit of Vayana) as an innovator in OmniChannel Banking Solutions. Vayana embarked on a three-pronged strategy of Innovation, Sales and Operational Excellence as a foundation for persistent growth. As part of this strategy, a year ago, Rajesh BLN was hired as Chief Sales Officer and more recently Anand Krishnamurthy was brought in as Chief Operating Officer to partner with Karthik Raman, Chief Innovation Officer in pursuit of the company’s goals.
CEO Kannan Ramasamy said the appointments mark a significant milestone for Vayana’s SolutionNET business. “ Given the high expectations of the markets and the significant growth opportunities available to the company, I am excited to have Karthik, Rajesh and Anand leading us into the future. These are top notch professionals with over two decades of exceptional track record.” he said.
Anand who joined as COO has over 21 years of Banking & Systems experience. He was most recently Senior Vice President, Head - Cash Management, EMEA & APAC and Head - Global Product Delivery. During his 7-year tenure at FundTech, the business realized a 5-fold growth. He has an MBA degree from IIM Bangalore.
Anand while talking about his appointment as COO said “There is an incredible opportunity to build on the history and drive operational alignment with our client organizations. Karthik, a SolutionNET and Channel veteran is excited about his new role as CIO. “We have been helping banks in their digital transformation journey for more than a decade. And in my new role, I look forward to bringing my passion for technology and creativity in partnering with our clients to grow their business with exceptional customer experience”.
In the context of his responsibility to grow the Business Rajesh said “With the significant increase in Sales & Marketing, we have seen an uptick in our business and market visibility – this will be further expanded going into 2017. I am excited to be collaborating with Karthik and Anand to enter new markets, bring in new customers into our business.”
