Developed from the foods, cooking methods and food traditions of Iranians, the Persian Cuisine is widely known as Iranian cuisine, and has become extremely popular in recent years. The festival will be held in Namak- the Indian Specialty Restaurant, from 24th February to 12th March 2017. Guests can enjoy a perfect Persian meal crafted by Mona Nehzad – a renowned Iranian Chef.
Chef Mona specializes in Iranian style of cooking. The renowned Chef is a cooking teacher in Bandar Abbas, Iran Tourism and many more prestigious institutions and the host of a cooking show for 7 years. During here ongoing journey she has penned down a couple of books on Iranian Dishes and Indian Dishes. The wonder chef will curate some lip smacking dishes like kebabs, stew, soup, and pilaf (combinations of rice with meat, vegetable, and nuts). Made with fresh green herbs, Iranian cuisine has gained popularity around the world for its traditional kebabs, stew, and pilaf such as Fesenjan, Bademjan, Baghali Polo, Gormeh Sabzi, kabob, Doogh, Tadeeg, to name a few.
