Signature Global unveils Gurugram’s first affordable show flat
Gurugram: Turning out a front runner in the affordable housing segment of NCR’s realty market and working tirelessly with a mission towards Har Parivar Ek Ghar, Signature Global has finally put on display the first show flat for affordable housing in the NCR market. For the first time, buyers and investors would be able to have a look and feel of what affordable housing projects actually look like and how exactly can the dreams of many be fulfilled of owning a house of their own. Along with the display of show flat, Signature Global also launched 2405 more 1 and 2 BHK units of affordable housing in the Gurugram region, which is till date the biggest single launch of affordable units under the Haryana Affordable Housing Policy.
Ever since the bubble of Affordable Housing started to build in the market of Indian realty, a lot many developers had set their foot in to developing affordable housing projects but, this project, which is slated to be delivered next year would be the first affordable housing project to be handed over to it’s allottees under the Haryana Affordable Housing Policy, after it’s successful launch in 2015. The project would be delivered before time and is sure to change the outlook for this segment among developers.
The units in the new projects would be spread across The Roselia in Sector – 95A, Gurugram at a standard rate of Rs. 4000 per Sq. Ft. featuring 1101 units of 2 BHK flats having carpet area from 570 Sq. Ft. to 645 Sq. Ft.; and The Serenas in Sector – 36, South of Gurugram at a standard rate of Rs. 3600 per Sq. Ft. featuring 1304 units of 1 and 2 BHK flats having carpet area from 488 Sq. Ft. to 645 Sq. Ft. The two projects would be coming up at a total investment of INR 500 Crores and would provide additional benefits to the allottees under the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojna. The Serenas in South of Gurugram has been exclusively designed by Hafeez Contractor which is for the first time where a renowned architect has been used for designing an affordable housing project.
