Bangalore, 15th January, 2017: The cookery workshop by Celebrity Chef Shazia Khan concluded today at Phoenix Marketcity, with the chef presenting a mouth-watering array of Indian fusion recipes. Chef Shazia Khan started the workshop by asking the audiences to name the favorite dishes, and provided tips on how to achieve perfection in each of these recipes. Chef Shazia Khan enthralled the audience and food connoisseurs alike.
She then proceeded to cook the first item of the day,’’ Grilled Cottage Cheese Peppers with Pineapple Cherry tomato relish” and ended the session with “Chocolate molten lava cake”. The participants were wowed with the variety of flavors that the Chef was able to bring out with minimal ingredients. Chef Shazia Khan impressed the gathering with her humility and her familiarity with the ingredients and knowledge of techniques with each of her recipes.

Shazia Khan is an Indian chef. She participated in MasterChef India (season 2). She became the Runner-Up of MasterChef India Season 2. Born and brought up in Bangalore, Shazia Khan rose to fame when she became the 2nd runner up of the Master Chef India Season 2, a cookery show hosted by STAR PLUS. Since then she has conducted numerous cookery shows in Bangalore, Goa and Chennai; inspiring many to take up the art of cooking.
