Ravi Todi is one of the most dynamic, ever-inspiring and prominent young entrepreneurs of Kolkata. Ravi is actively involved with different professional bodies in India - holding important positions both at state and national levels at various junctures. He was a member of the Board of Trustees of the Kolkata Port Trust (KPT) for a term of 2 years from April 1, 2010 to March 31, 2012. He is also a Special Invitee at the Finance Industry Development Council (FIDC), Committee Member, CII Regional & national Council, Committee member, Indo-Italian Chamber of Commerce & Industries (IICCI).
A versatile personality, Ravi enjoys an active social life and loves being in the public domain, for which reason he has been associated with various institutions like Merchants’ Chamber of Commerce (one of Eastern India’s leading chamber of Commerce) where he was not only a Committee Member but also the youngest President (1999-2000). He is the ex-President of Calcutta Swimming Club, Chairman of CII West Bengal State Council, Member & Past Chairman of SII Sub Committee, Past Chairman of Young Indians (YI) of CII-ER and , the youngest President & Committee member of Hire Purchase and Lease Association (HPLA) Kolkata from 1996-1998. He was also the Cricket Secretary of Mohun Bagan Athletics Club for a period of more than 7 years in a row.
Ravi has also served as President of Young Entrepreneurs Organization (YEO)-Kolkata Chapter (a global organization of young entrepreneurs headquartered in USA) and is presently a Sub-Committee Member of the Cricket Association of Bengal (CAB).
