Mr. Sumanth Varma, Founder – ‘Design Inventive’ bags award, is one of top 30 Innovations in India by 'DST – Lockheed Martin India Innovation Growth Program, 2016'.
Hyderabad, December 12, 2016: The city is hosting ‘The India Innovation Growth Programme’, a joint initiative of the Department of Science and Technology, Govt. of India; Lockheed Martin Corporation; Indo-US Science and Technology Forum, Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry(FICCI); Stanford Graduate School of Business and the IC2 Institute at the University of Texas. The aim of this programme is to accelerate innovative Indian technologies into the global markets.
Speaking at this event, Mr. Sumanth Varma, who won this award, briefly highlighted his work area “An advanced noise suppressor system which decrease noise levels of aircraft engine while takeoff and landing, also increases thrust level for an extent” said Mr. Sumanth Varma – Founder ‘Design Inventive’
