Yes They Are In The List! Over 10,000 aspiring HR leaders competed in last 5 years
Mumbai, 16th December 2016: It’s finally out – the chosen 15 emerging HR Leaders for “Are You in the List - 2016’. For the fifth year in a row global talent management expert - Development Dimensions International (DDI) partnered with India’s leading human resources media platform People Matters to identify India’s emerging HR leaders through this initiative, marking the fifth anniversary edition of India’s first initiative to identify HR leaders in the making.
And finally, the names of the ones who have portrayed their remarkable passion for HR were recognized and awarded at the Awards Evening on 15th December, 2016 at the Crowne Plaza, Gurgaon.
The applied went through rigorous assessments, tests and interview to finally emerge as the winners which saw more than 3000 applications vying to be on the coveted list for 2016. Setting the stage for the future of HR,this award has touched 10,000+ HR leaders in the last 5 years. This intense 6-stage- qualifying- process, spread across 8 months sifts out the crème- de -la -crème of young HR leaders.
