Christmas Celebration

India 23 December 2016: O! Come Let Us Adore Him, Christ The Lord! To seek the blessings of the Almighty and celebrate the festivity ,RNB Global University, Bikaner organized the Christmas Party on Friday, 23rdDecember 2016. The function began with the address by the Dean Prof. Chattar Singh who gave the Christmas message and wished one and all on behalf of the University .The Master of the Ceremony Mr. Shubham Pugalia(MBA,IV SEM) and Ms Nikita Soni student (MBA,II SEM) began the celebrations by praising the glory of Jesus Christ and stating the significance of Christmas Festival and Santa Claus. Students put up entertaining cultural shows like breath taking dance performance by Mudit Khajanchi and Mahendra (BBA IV SEM)and Girls’ Choir lead by Shivangi Goyal, Pranjal (BBA IV) Priynaka Wadhwani (B.Sc IV) and Nikita Soni (MBA) set the mood with singing beautiful Carols.
To give the scintillating start to the celebration fun game like Match the Song competition was played where participants had to search the candidate to complete the lyrics of the song which he/she got. Apeksha/Nikita Soni stood first ,whereas Mushkan Chajjer and Souarabh Kumawat got second position and Chandraveer and Yashpal got the Third Position
To showcase the creativity of the students and provide them chance to gain applause and prizes various other competitions like Paper Craft, Dessert Making were held. The hidden costume designers of the campus amazed all with their innovative costumes made out of newspapers. Large number of students enthusiastically participated in it as groups .The winners were as follows: Apeksha Modi (MBA) and Group stood first, KirtiBafnaand group (BBA II) and Sonali Bhansali (MBA) collectively shared the second position whereas Mahima (BBA IV) and her group got the third position. The participants also walked the ramp in their creative newspaper costumes.
To add the sweetness to the fun and frolic Chocolate Dessert Making Competition was also conducted in which girl students of the university exhibited their expertise at baking and cooking. The competition also put the garnishing and presentation talent of the students. Vaishali Khajanchi (BBA IV) secured the first position whereas Kajal and Mahima stood second .For third position there was a tie between Palak (BBA IV) and Aarti/Pranjal (BBA IV)
A student dressed as Santa gave away chocolates and gifts and blasting DJ thrilled the entire campus. The celebrations were followed by the students dancing to the reverberating musical numbers of the DJ. They finally bid adieu to the celebrations and the year 2016, cheering all the way to welcome the New year which is a couple of days away.
