India 15 December 2016: Pouplar television actress Ankita Sharma, who plays ‘Sarla’ in the Colors TV show “Devanshi” shares her reel name with her real life mother in law. Ankita has yet again won the hearts of her fans playing ‘Sarla’, a good Samaritan, who is responsible for the upbringing of the young protagonist Devanshi in the serial.
“Its fun to share the reel name with my real life mother in law. Infact I am so much into the character that the other day a relative called out “Sarla” at home and both me and my mother in law replied together”, smiled Actress Ankita Sharma.
Devanshi is a Haryana based TV show on Colors TV. The show is about a young girl called Devanshi whose childhood has been destroyed by the belief peoople have in self-proclaimed babas. ‘Devanshi’ will focus on the larger thought of good versus evil, in this case defeating the evil god-woman, Mata Kusum Sundari. The show is aired on colors TV from Monday to Friday at 7 pm.
