India November 08, 2016: Tata Motors today announced the roll-out of the nationwide Mega Service Camp for its passenger vehicle customers. Through this free service camp, Tata Motors will offer a comprehensive 40-point vehicle health check-up, top wash and host of other service offers at attractive prices.
Scheduled to commence on November 11, 2016 and end on November 17, 2016, this service camp will be held across 527 dealerships across 281 locations in India. In addition, the company has also associated with over 20 suppliers to offer discounts on spare parts, accessories, lubricants and other services.
Commenting on the initiative, Mr. Dinesh Bhasin, Head – Customer Support, Passenger Vehicles Business Unit, Tata Motors said, “We recognise that sales and service play an important role in customer satisfaction. In continuation to our commitment of providing best-in-class services, Tata Motors has syndicated with multiple suppliers to offer discount up to 10% on various value added services and genuine accessories. These will be accompanied with discounts of up to 20% on Tata Motors original parts and labor charges and other special offers of up to INR 1000 off on new batteries. Customers will also be benefitted with attractive insurance renewal offers and attractive discounts on Road Side Assistance policy.

Last year, the company rolled-out several new, industry leading service initiatives including the monsoon service and nationwide quarterly mega service camps.
