KAI Group enters Indian market with the launch of its 30,000 Square Feet Manufacturing Plant in Neemrana, Rajasthan


•Current Investment in the plant is INR 60 Crores and anticipated to invest INR 86 Crores in near future
•KAI Group’s consolidated sale till date is $ 480 million and has a range of 10,000 products globally

New Delhi, 10th November 2016: KAI Group, a Japanese company with its glorious legacy of 108 years which has products in cooking, grooming, beauty care, and medical fields enters Indian market with the launch of its 30,000 square feet manufacturing plant in Neemrana, Rajasthan today. To start with, KAI Group will manufacture three different ranges of products initially in India from its existing global portfolio under grooming and beauty category. The company is currently present in 7 countries across the globe. With this inauguration, India becomes the 5th country after Japan, China, Vietnam and Korea that KAI Group has manufacturing plants.

The plant was inaugurated by Mr. Kenko Sone, Minister (Economic & Development) Embassy of Japan in India in the presence of Mr. Koji Endo CEO & President of KAI Group. 

In tandem with the vision of Hon'ble Prime Minister of India - Shri Narendra Modi, KAI Group’s four pillars of vision for India are – Make in India – Manufacturing plant at Neemrana, Rajasthan; Sell in India – Pan India approach; Skill in India – Train Indian workers and Women Empowerment – 80% (planned) female employees. Along with its Indian manufactured products, KAI Group will also make available its selected products in India from its global product portfolio.
