Bangalore, November 07, 2016: Not many know that Aasif Sheikh a.k.a Vibhuti Narayan Mishra of &TV’s Bhabi Ji Ghar Par Hain and Govinda have shared screen space together. Yes, you heard it right! Both were a part of ‘Kunwara’ which was directed by David Dhawan in the year 2000.
Recently Govinda shot with the cast of Bhabi Ji Ghar Par Hain for the Weekend special episode Bhabiji Ghar Par Hai Shaniwar Special to promote his upcoming movie ‘Aa gaya hero’. The cast was delighted to have superstar Govinda on the sets and out of all the people Aasif Sheikh was really happy to have him around and shoot with him after 16 years. The two of them were seen sharing some nostalgic experience with the cast and the crew on the sets.
An elated Aasif Shaikh says, “It was a wonderful experience to shoot with Govinda ji after 16 years. The last we shot together was for ‘Kunwara’ which was directed by David Dhawan. He still has the same vibe and energy when he comes on sets. The cast had a lot of fun shooting with him and did some dance moves too. It is always nice to have guests on the show since it becomes a change of routine for us also (smiles).”
