The Best of Shiro menu will feature the most loved and bestselling signature dishes of Shiro in the past 10 years, dishes that were featured in the various food festivals from the Shiro Collection and those dishes that have been hot favorites of the patrons of Shiro. So come join us to celebrate our 10 year anniversary with a feature of delectable sushi /makis such as crispy spicy avocado maki, crispy duck maki and spicy salmon negi. One can also dig into the classic dim sums such as the sui mai, mushroom & cream cheese dumpling with truffle broth, wasabi prawn dumpling and barbeque pork bao.
Treat your palate with some lip smacking appetizers from the yesteryear; appetizers such as edamame in stir/steamed fried, teriyaki potato skewers, mahtani chicken, miso black cod among many more.
Post the scrumptious and lip smacking appetizers gratify your taste buds further with the classic main course meals of Shiro such as Thai curries in veg & non veg options, chicken hot pot with shiitake mushrooms, tenderloin in coconut, fish in chilli mustard and so on.
