: In this week’s episode of Off Centre, Anuradha SenGupta speaks to three times Chief Minister of Delhi Sheila Dikshit who is being projected as Congress’ CM candidate for the upcoming Uttar Pradesh elections. The 78 year old Congress veteran opens up to Anuradha SenGupta about why she accepted what she calls maybe the ‘last challenge’ of her life, on the hurt of losing Delhi, the discomfort of being identified as a Brahmin and how the Congress party will fare in upcoming U.P. elections.

In the episode she expresses her thoughts about the current Delhi Government and says that the quality of life in schools, hospitals, transport is deteriorating ins TV18,Entertainment,Television,tead of going up. She also states that there’s only talk and advertisement but no action, nothing taken up by the AAP Govt is different and AAP is not doing the job that they are supposed to i.e. look after Delhi.

Talking about Uttar Pradesh, she says that it requires a lot of administrative skill to put that state up, because roads, education are not good and power is bad. She feels there is administrative failure in UP.
