As a part of the campaign, Zzungry has curated 29 traditional dishes from 29 states of India.  Each of these dishes will be hand delivered to 29 individuals hailing from these states. These individuals will be handpicked by Zzungry through their network of family, friends and customers. To each of these individuals who are unable to go home to celebrate the festival, Zzungry will create an exclusive Diwali experience that will add a touch of ‘home’ to their celebrations. A few days prior to Diwali, Zzungry will surprise them with a specially curated meal from their respective states that will be delivered along with a diya and a small note.  Each dish curated from the different states best describes the traditions of the region. From the quintessential Kashmiri Rogan Josh to Madhya Pradesh’s Bhopali Gosht Korma to Nagaland’s Bamboo Shoot and fish fritters, the menu includes dishes from the width and breadth of India. Some of the other dishes include Jharkhand’s Thekua, Himachal Pradesh’s Chana Madra, Chattisgarh’s Khurmi and Uttar Pradesh’s Nimoba.
