India 13 October 2016: PHD Chamber of Commerce and Industry organized a startup session titled “STARTUP Awareness Workshop” at PHD House, Jaipur. The workshop was attended by various stakeholders of the Startup Eco System like entrepreneur’s start-ups, investors, techies and students. The session witnessed several stakeholders giving an insight about the mechanism of Startups and what one should be wary of while dealing with various investors. The main objective of the workshop was to create awareness among the people who were potential startup founders and new entrepreneurs. Mr. Sameer Rastogi , Managing Partner , India Juris , who is an expert of this Industry was one of the Special Guest at the session.
The speakers at the event enlighted the audience with information on topics like issue with investors, IPR protection, legal complications with startups etc.
As India’s vibrant entrepreneurial ecosystem is emerging, it becomes equally important to update individuals about the Challenges that they might encounter. Mr. Rastogi spoke about the Legal and Compliance Issues and Challenges faced by Startups. “ With the Startup culture escalating in our Country , it becomes of paramount importance to aware the potential startups founders and who are complete novice in this setup about their rights” he stated .
The founders of Startups should know the art of dealing with investors so that they can be well equipped and work accordingly for the betterment and welfare of their Company” he further added.
The session turned out to be very instructive since the new entrepreneurs got a platform to clear their doubts regarding startup legal procedure and also got apprised about the legal complications and issues in Startup investment.
