India 27 October 2016: Saptami the multi-cuisine all day dining restaurant at Holiday Inn Mumbai International Airport, Sakinaka, Andheri will be celebrating Halloween night. The restaurant will be decorated in traditional black and orange colors. Other decoration will include pumpkin shells carved into fearful skeleton masks at the buffet counter . Executive chef, Sudhir Pai has designed a special menu for the eve which has vampires, evil spiders, ghosts eyes, scary reptiles etc.
The scary soup section has khooni pyala (bloody roasted tomato soup) and deadly chicken tom yum kung. similarly the starters are named as mout ke kuwaan me subz tilwali seekh, graveyard corn cakes, mout ke kuwen me tadapti hui murg ke kabab etc.
The other main course dishes include shaitan ke saath - murgh rogini, samunder ki pyasi machili- goan fish curry, ghost ke rouh wali dum biryani, scary roast chicken in creepy brown sauce. The chef has even named his desserts accordingly.
