New Delhi, 7th September, 2016: The School of Inspired Leadership, today announced that its reputed Post Graduate Program in Human Resource Leadership has been approved and recognized by the World’s largest professional, not-for-profit Human Resource association, SHRM. The Society for Human Resource Management has acknowledged that SOIL’s PGPHRL program aligns with SHRM’s HR Curriculum Guidebook and Templates.
The one-year full time post graduate offering, PGP-HRL is focused on developing HR Leaders with a global perspective who are equipped to handle the workload of an HR professional in various industries and situations. The program also allows the students to evolve a high level of self- awareness regarding their own leadership style, thus making them better prepared for the new role. Earlier, in 2013, SHRM had also rated this particular course as the ‘most innovative program’ in business schools in India.
Speaking on the acknowledgement received from SHRM, Anil Sachdev, Founder& CEO, SOIL, commented, “This is a noteworthy achievement for us as the students from the current batch and all the other incoming batches of students will benefit immensely from this recognition. Globally, 438 programs in over 336 educational institutions have been acknowledged by SHRM as being in alignment with its suggested guides and templates. The HR Curriculum Guidebook and Templates were developed by SHRM to define the minimum HR content areas that should be studied by HR students at the undergraduate and graduate levels.
