New Delhi, September 6, 2016: On the occasion of Grand Parents Day, DLF Place, Saket in association with Fit by Nature and SDLSA is organizing a specially designed workout session for the elderlies, at its precincts on Sunday, September 11, 2016 at 8 am to 9:30 am.
The whole workout regime is planned keeping in mind their age and will consist of light and easy activities like yoga, stretching and mediation along with some light dancing. The half an hour long activity will be followed by a cake cutting ceremony along with award and certificate distribution for all the enthusiastic participants.
