Delhi, 4th August 2016 : Yauatcha, the Michelin starred Cantonese dim sum and teahouse from London collaborated with the team of Exclusively to host some of the famous names from the Indian Fashion industry. After the hectic India Couture Week, Yauatcha curated a night for them to de-stress and enjoy an exquisite meal in the company of their contemporaries.

The evening had eminent personalities from the fraternity organised by Mr.Abhishek Passi, COO Exclusively fashion Designers like Joy Mitra, Nida Mahmood, Ritika Bhasin, Nitya Bajaj Birla, Samant Chauhan and many more were seen relishing the Cantonese delicacies at Yauatcha on the 3rd of August in Ambience Mall, Vasant Kunj. The menu had a variety of choices from dim sum like Chicken and prawn shui mai, Chicken wrapped in pak choi in Szechuan sauce, Vegetable chui chow dumpling and Fried turnip cake with vegetables. This was followed by exquisite wok dishes such as Vegetable stir fry noodles, Braised chicken and mushroom claypot, Stir-fry French bean in shitake mushroom sauce, Szechuan Mabo Tofu and Crispy lamb with raw mango. The fashion stalwarts were seeing sipping on some signature Yauatcha tea based cocktails like Lalu and Cha La Lai, while some stuck to the non -alcoholic cocktails like Nara iced tea and Kiwi and lime iced tea. The showstopper for the night was undoubtedly the desserts, Raspberry delice and Milk chocolate praline, which kept everyone going back for seconds.
