India 06 August 2016: Yauatcha, the dim sum tea house from London will be celebrating the festival of Raksha Bandhan with an elaborate four course meal including endless dim sum on Thursday, August 18th, 2016 from 12 noon to 7 pm. The special menu will include a choice of soup, endless dim sum, mains that can be complemented with a choice of rice or noodles followed by a dessert.

The meticulously created menu includes Yauatcha’s delicious offerings designed specifically to sit back and enjoy a hearty meal with your loved ones amidst the beautiful interiors of the restaurant. Start off the set course meal with the slightly tangy Hot and sour soup with shredded chicken or the subtly flavoured Asian greens soup with tofu followed by an endless dim sum menu with six varieties of vegetarian and non vegetarian options. These include Yauatcha favourites like Truffle and English carrot dumpling, Baked vegetarian chicken puff, Vegetable crystal dumpling, Vegetarian chicken char sui bun, Vegetable chiu chow dumpling and Crispy roll with asparagus and pumpkin. For the meat lovers, Yauatcha will offer the Chicken char sui bun, Chicken and coriander dumpling, Hargau, Pork char sui bun, Baked chicken puff and Crispy duck roll.
For the mains, one can opt in for the Stir-fry vegetable with fragrant chili sauce or Stir-fry chicken with Szechuan peppercorn that can be paired with Toban chilli fried rice or Egg white chicken fried rice or the Ho fan noodles. End this meal on a sweet note with Yauatcha’s selection of ice-cream or sorbet. Yauatcha also has a sweet surprise as they will be offering a complimentary box of macarons to all the tables dining on this special day.
