India 10 August 2016: Enjoy Independence day by indulging in a pan Indian spread at Saptami the multi-cuisine all day dining restaurant at Holiday Inn Mumbai International Airport, Sakinaka, Andheri East. The executive chef Sudhir Pai presents a brunch buffet which will have choice of preparations from different states of the country.
Some of the dishes on the brunch will include Pepper Kozi Rasam, Paneer Tikkka, Herabhera Kebab, Tandoori Kukkad, Fish Kolivada, Komdi Pandhra, Rassa, Laal Maas, Puneri , Usal, Avial, Undhio, Aloo Dum Bengali, Gatte Ki Subzi, Paneer Makahnai, Dal Bhati Churma, Tiranga Pulao, Hyderabadi Biryani , Salan, Malpua, Rosagulla, Ghevar, Imrati etc.
The staff will be traditionally dressed and the restaurant will be decorated with marigold garlands, tri color flags and posters of national leaders.
