Under the terms of the SLA, Nedaa will be tasked with providing service support and maintenance of the Narrow Band Radio (NBR) System Network Elements and Radios utilized across the red and green lines of Dubai Metro. The company will also be providing the necessary radio equipments that are essential for the railways operations like the TETRA Base Stations (TBS), Dispatch units, Radio Terminals, TETRA Mobile Radios (TMR) and repeaters—along with regular maintenance checks of the units being used. Nedaa will also provide Serco with a monthly performance KPI analysis, which includes fault reports, disturbance reports, planned maintenance notifications and consultancy services.
