The harp is a stringed musical instrument which has a number of individual strings running at an angle to its soundboard, which are plucked with the fingers. Harps are essentially triangular in shape, and are made primarily of wood. Harp strings are made of gut or metal. The top end of each string is secured on the crossbar or neck of the instrument, where each will have a tuning peg or similar device to adjust the pitch of that string.

DASHING DUO – Saxophone & Flute: 24th July

Performance Date: 24th July Sunday 2016

20 July 2016 India: The saxophone is a family of woodwind instruments. Saxophones are usually made of brass and played with a single-reed mouthpiece similar to that of the clarinet.

The saxophone is used in classical music (such as concert bands, chamber music, and solo repertoires), military bands, marching bands, and jazz (such as big bands and jazz combos). Saxophone players are called saxophonists.

The duo Valeria Voloshyna (Saxophone) & Anastasiia Strebakova (Flute) will certainly captivate the listeners with their saxophone & flute recitals.
