  • In a bowl Mix 1 part white vinegar in 4 parts of water
  • Using a clean cloth dipped in the vinegar solution wipe the affected area gently and thoroughly
  • Allow the solution to dry and do not rinse it
Onions :

Onions being rich in antifungal, antibiotic and anti-inflammatory properties, it can easily kill the fungus that causes jock itch and provide relief.

Steps to use onions as home remedy for jock itch :
  • In a grinder, grind an onion into a paste
  • Apply this paste on the infected area
  • Leave it on for about 30 minutes and then rinse the area
  • Pat dry the area with a paper towel
Garlic :
