Bangalore 19 July 2016: Drawing inspiration from Prime Minister Mr. Narendra Modiji's ‘Beti Bachao - Beti Padhao’ slogan, Brahmrishi Sri Gurudev, Tirupati of World Spiritual Forum will launch an unique scheme to fund education of the girl students of the state on Tuesday, July 19th .
Whole world is celebrating Guru Poornima, festival of teachers on Tuesday. This day will be a historic one for the poor girl children of the state who can not afford education due to financial constraints. In a decision which expected to be the ray of hope, dream for girl children from across the state who could not able to get access to the quality education in their childhood, noted spiritual leader Brahmrishi Sri Gurudev, Tirupati of World Spiritual Forum will fund high school education of girl students from across the state.
It can be recalled that Brahmrishi Sri Gurudev will grace the Sri Guru Poornima 2016 celebrations on Tuesday at Tripura Vasini, Gate No 1, Palace Grounds, Bellary Road 6 pm onwards.
Brahmrishi Sri Gurudev have already launched this project in Andhra Pradesh while he wants to extend the scheme to states including Bihar, Uttar Pradesh and Rajasthan, where the female literacy rate is very low.
Scheme will be launched in consultation with the officials of the Department of Public Instruction (DPI) at all districts. Girl students studying till the Std X will be supported under this project. Beside paying examination fee, Brahmrishi Sri Gurudev will also support the students to buy uniforms, geometry box and study materials.
Brahmrishi Sri Gurudev informed that plan is to implement the project in assistance with the philanthropists, educationists and policymakers, Basic idea behind this endeavour is “Together Everyone Achieves More (TEAM)”,
