Saptami the multi-cuisine all day dining restaurant at Holiday Inn Mumbai International Airport, Andheri East presents the signature Indian coolers. Says the food and beverages manager, Pradeep Dutta, "we have developed these Indian coolers recipes which are not only tasty but healthy as well. All these coolers provide nourishment and prepared with fresh ingredients without adding any preservatives

The first drink is called Bhuni Aam Adraki which is prepared by roasting the raw mango on the gas stove from all sides and adding jaggery and ginger to it.
Similarly another cooler Imlidana (Tamarind) Neer is made with tamarind concentrate, pomegranate juice, lime juice, cardamom powder and brown sugar.
As Cool As A Cucumber has cucumber, khus syrup, black salt, ginger juice, honey and mint leaves and is light green in colour. Tarbooz (Watermelon) Aur Pudina Ka Mel is prepared with mint sprig, watermelon black salt, ginger juice and honey.
