Mr. Ajay Gandotra, Co-Founder and Director of SOM has 18+ years of experience in strategy, marketing and sales. He has launched and established business lines for MNC / Large corporates. Before starting SOM, he has worked with global organizations like Mashreq Bank (UAE), ANB (Saudi Arabia), Vodafone, Standard Chartered, Wipro. He has also received several awards for his outstanding contribution in these organizations.
He is a B-tech from NIT Bhopal and MBA from IRMA Gujarat.
Ajay is married to Nishi Gandotra for 16 years now, who is also Co-Founder and Director of SOM. Ajay and Nishi have a 14-year-old daughter. In his free time, Ajay likes to play badminton and cricket and enhance his culinary skills.
Mrs. Nishi Gandotra, Co-Founder and Director of SOM - has 20+ years of experience in marketing and sales. She specializes in Sales management, Handling dealer distributor network, 360˚ Brand Management (ATL/BTL activities), Advertising & communication (Internal and external), Business development, etc.
Before starting SOM, she has run her own consultancy firm in Dubai. She has also worked with Moser Baer India Ltd, Ogilvy & Mather, RK Swamy BBDO.
She is an MBA from IRMA, Gujarat.
Nishi and Ajay Gandotra are married for 16 years now, who is also Co-Founder and Director of SOM. Ajay and Nishi have a 14-year-old daughter.
Nishi is learning Kathak for last 4 years along with her daughter together.
