Sana-di-ge at its 100th Day Authentic Coastal Cuisine Restaurant at the heart of the City


New Delhi, 27th June 2016 : Saturday evening witnessed the successful 100 days of Sana di ge in Delhi with the gathering of famous foodies at their restaurant at Chanakyapuri. To tingle the taste-buds of Delhites with its authentic coastal cuisine, Bengaluru-based MRG Group has now touched one of their milestone of 100 days. The restaurant is serving an eclectic blend of coastal cuisine.

Delhi Food specialists like the famous Maryam Reshi, Sourish Bhattacharya, Atul Sikand, Culinary historian and Gourmet Ashish Copra were also present there to give the event the extra aroma. The famous theatre artist turned film director and actor Mr Avijit Dutt was also present there to grace the event. With other famous personalities and family members, the event turned out to be a successful one. The famous socialites were present there too, namely Neelam Saxena, Kiran, Varun, Shaine Soni. Mr Gaurav Shetty, along with Mr Neel Sharma from MRG Hospitality were present during the event to welcome the guests.  

“Sana Di Ge launched in March is running successfully in the capital, aims to bring a more rich flare of menus from the coastal belt of Karnataka in particular and western ghats in general to satiate the palates of foodies in Delhi and NCR region. The restaurant is serving an eclectic mix of coastal delicacies in authentic setting,” said Gaurav Shetty, Managing Director of MRG Group.  

The Delhi restaurant is located at Malcha Marg with a capacity to serve more than 120 people at a time. 

Sana-Di-Ge in Tulu dialect refers to the brass lamp lit on auspicious occasions in the coastal belt of Karnataka. Sana- Di-Ge is Bengaluru's famous Times Food Award winning restaurant for 2014 and 2016.
