Join the Shiro Dim Sum Masterchefs Ryan Cabug Andrea and Rhonel Santoyo as they demonstrate the art of making dim sums to give the guests an exclusive preview of the new ‘The Shiro Collection: Steaming Sensation’ menu starting June 8th, 2016. The master-class scheduled for Saturday, June 4th, 2016 will begin 3.30 pm onwards and will give people an opportunity to learn straight from the experts.
