MUMBAI, India – May 3, 2016 – Emphasizing on building and managing team for the channel partners, Mumbai based Trade Association of Information Technology (TAIT) the premier association of IT companies recently conducted its Knowledge series workshop on how managing team is easier and powerful for their members in Mumbai. The unique interactive workshop session was presented by Mr Ajay Jain, who talked about on ‘Take your business to the next level’ and Mr. Limesh Parekh shared best practices on ‘Task Management’.
Session on ‘Taking your business to the next level’ elaborated on the techniques as to accomplish the goals related to Developing Strategy, Planning, Implementation & Performance Management Process to escalate the growth of the companies to the next level in a simplified manner, using the revolutionary methodology, and thereby contribute to the economy of the country. Ajay Jain urged the members to add discipline while undertaking any business or task.
Mr Ajay Jain, CEO, Master Class said, “For a company’s organisational growth its mission and vision are the most standard and critical elements as it serve as a foundational guide in the establishment of company’s objectives.”
Further he made the members understand the importance of being flexible and to add required changes as the situation demands. The need of value addition to the business is the essential requirement of any successful business.
The Task Management session by Mr Parekh focused on various day to day office related challenges such as how to manage enquiries, support calls, RMA, tasks (internal / external / office / out of office /collection / delivery). He educated members on using a simple task manager from your desktop, Laptop, Mobile, Tablet or any browser. Discussions on managing one’s entire business using a task management tool, multi user, mobile compatible, any Desktop OS, and availability of free tools to increase the efficiency and productivity of the work.
To Manage Sales, Service, Office Tasks, Projects of all the team members on any device (desktop / laptop / tablet / mobile), that too for free. One can assign tasks to the team with reminders, (on mobile and/or email). Schedule recurring tasks for yourself and your employees. Create sub-tasks, write notes, and attach photos for each task. Get notified if somebody changes anything.
Mr Limesh Parekh, CEO, Enjay IT Solutions said, “Every work related for the growth of the business is all about task management.
