Gayatri Projects Limited (GPL), a prominent and well established infrastructure company specializing in road, irrigation, power transmission and industrial projects, with a pan India presence and a strong asset development portfolio reports its financial performance for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2016 –

Gayatri Projects Ltd reports strong Q4 FY16

Ø  Performance for the Quarter: Revenue of Rs. 668 crore up 19% from Rs. 560 crore during Q4 FY15; EBITDA expands 24% to Rs. 92 crore as against Rs. 74 crore during Q4 FY15; PAT almost doubles to Rs. 29 crore as against Rs. 16 crore during Q4 FY15

Ø   Performance for the Year:  Revenue of Rs. 1,812 crore as against Rs. 1601 crore during FY15, up 13%; EBITDA grows 25% to Rs. 259 crore as against Rs. 207 crore generated during FY15, PAT grows 164% to Rs. 58 crore as against Rs. 22 crore during FY15.

Improved performance during the year mainly driven by strong order execution and traction in core construction business.

Gayatri Projects Ltd is well positioned to sustain its business risk profile, on the back of steady order inflows, sharper focus on execution and significant addition from its power generation business.
