Mumbai, April 2, 2016: KOOVS.COM has collaborated with the country’s most celebrated fashion designer– Manish Arora, to launch his first ever menswear collection comprising of apparel and accessories. ‘Indian by Manish Arora X KOOVS’ is a mix of multiple inspirations that are true to his signature style. The collection goes live on April 1, 2016 on KOOVS.COM.
For KOOVS.COM, the designer has created an exclusive menswear collection of bold and edgy pieces for the confident man. Four unique prints each with their own inspiration have been created for this collaboration and are seen across apparel, accessories and footwear. The colour pallet ranges from a graphic monochrome to bold technicolor.
To mark the launch of the ace designer’s collection, Mumbai witnessed a fashionable evening at Café Zoe. The venue was turned into a wonderland representing the designer’s varied inspirations for the collection ranging from an installation of traditional Indian paper pin wheels to an avant garde light installation. An exclusive fashion film featuring the collection and shot in the Rann of Katch was projected through the space. DJ Mathieu Josso of Bhavishvani played a fantastic set which had the crowd moving.
Bollywood actor Sooraj Pancholi made an appearance at the event alongside Manish Arora sporting The Crown and Glory Print from the Indian by Manish Arora x KOOVS collection.
The evening witnessed the city’s fashionable people out in full attendance to celebrate the launch of this special collection, sipping on delectable cocktails from Pernod Ricard. Also spotted enjoying the collection and the evening were Bhawna Sharma, Diana Penty, Ira Dubey, Little Shilpa, Bandana Tiwari, Narendra Kumar Ahmed, Nauheed Cyrusi, Niketan Madhok, Nishka Lulla, Nushrat Bharucha, Pernia Qureshi, Prateik Babbar, Rashmi Nigam, Sara Jane Dias, Sonakshi Sinha, DJ Yuid and more from the fashion and entertainment fraternity.

The Indian by Manish Arora X KOOVS collection includes a range of apparel from 4 key prints – Hive, Crowne & Glory, Drip Stripe, Mojito and Gold including bomber jackets, shirts, t-shirts, vests, sweatshirts, trousers and shorts, and accessories including backpacks, SHOES, socks and phone covers. The complete line features over 35 styles. Priced between INR 395 to INR 1,995, the collection will be available exclusively on KOOVS.COM.
