Home aggregator and management start-up, Zenify.in eyes 6000 properties by this fiscal year

Bengaluru, April 21st, 2016: Bengaluru-based Zenify.in, a residential Home aggregator and management start-up is aiming at 6000 properties to be listed on their platform by the end of this fiscal year(2016-17). The company is looking at increasing its stronghold in Bengaluru and expanding its operations to other cities by this year end.
Zenify.in provides an end to end solution to owners and tenants alike by automating the process of rental management. Now, tenants and owners no longer require brokers but can instead rent and find properties on this platform. The company has seen a tremendous growth over the last few quarters and are growing at 100% year on year. They aspire to manage properties worth Rs 1.5 lakh crore in the next five years.
There is currently 4 million unattended properties of NRIs lying vacant. Zenify plans to capture 2% of the market share. The company’s business model comes as a relief to owners everywhere as Zeniy ensures month on month payment of rent as well as finding the perfect tenant.

Over the last six months, Zenify has witnessed a surge in their bookings from within the country and abroad. Currently with a total team size of 140, the company plans to target 25000 flats in Banglaore by 2020 and to be present in the top 9 cities of India .
