Chennai, India – April 11, 2016 – The Waterbase Limited, the pioneer in Aquaculture Industry in India, today announced the successful implementation of SAP ECC 6.0 ERP to strengthen its operations. The company has chosen SAP to restructure, automate and integrate its business processes to improve its operational efficiencies across all business verticals. PwC has been the implementation partner. The Company has achieved to Go Live, in a short span of 6 months.
The Waterbase Limited is a part of Karam Chand Thapar group (KCT group) and is the leading manufacturer of high quality shrimp feed in India. The Company is currently focused on manufacturing shrimp feeds and processing & export of shrimps. The Company’s manufacturing and processing facilities are located near Nellore in Andhra Pradesh.
