Bangalore 19th April 2016 : RnR fit in association with "The Gymnast" is hosting RnR Fit Gymnastics Invitational Meet 2016 on 23rd and 24th of April 2016 At RnR fit 37/81, Varthur Main Rd, Thubarahalli, Whitefield, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560066. . Mr Harish Parab , Head coach - “The Gymnast”, with 20 + years of experience in coaching gymnastics will be leading this meet.This is an opportunity for budding gymnasts to meet others from the gymnastics world to learn from, grow and compete with.

Gymnastics along with athletics and swimming have been recognized by the International Olympic Committee as one of the three foundation sports from which all others stem. India has a handful of gymnasts who have represented the country and one of the reasons being lack of facility, coaches and a drive to promote this sport.
RnR fit is a 5500 sq ft gymnastic academy based in Whitefield Bangalore offering fun energetic classes for kids to experience a lifetime of fitness, with state of the art equipment, certified gymnasts as coaches and a structured gymnastic development program. At RnR fit we offer beginner, intermediate and advance level gymnastic training both for recreational and professional gymnastics.
Competition Schedule :
23rd April - Boys 11am to 6pm
24th April - Girls 9am to 3pm

LEVEL 1: - Boys and Girls ( Born 2009)
LEVEL 2: - Boys and Girls ( Born 2008)
OPEN CATEGORY : Participants born in the year 2007, 2006 and 2005 will participate in the Open Category and need to perform the LEVEL 2 routine.
