Time for some exquisite ‘Seafood’ at the famous Waters Edge Café on Radisson BLU Resort Temple Bay, Kovalam Road, Mamallapuram. This weekend, 30th April and 01st May (Saturday & Sunday), will be the special “Coastal Cuisine Weekend”, which will have some fabulous seafood variety from the kitchens of Andhra, Kerala and Karnataka. The buffet will be on for lunch (both days) and dinner (on Saturday).

The Menu has 3 variations: Coastal Andhra - Nettallu Iguru,  Royyala Miriyalu, Arathi Poo Odiyalu etc; Coastal Kerala has Meen Moilee, Chemeen Pollichathu, Meen Murungakai Curry etc; while Coastal Karnataka has Fish Ajadina, Mangalorean Catholic Prawn & Potato curry, Manglorean Fish fry, etc.

Children and adults can engage in activities like balloon sculpting & craft Shop, Entertainment like Magic show and Live Music.
