While announcing the offer Mr Sunil Gupta, Managing Director & CEO of Avis India said “We have seen a good growth in bookings by women in the recent past. This could be because of the various new security features introduced, especially for women. Therefore we decided to offer one more sweetener. Nowwhenever a women travels by an Avis Car we will give a discount of 25 percent”.

The offer will be valid throughout Avis India’s 50 conveniently located offices in 19 cities across the country. Avis in India has the distinction of becoming the first car rental company to have dual verification of all chauffeurs – once through the police and a second time through an independent 3rd party agency.
