RECIPE INFORMATION

Servings: 1 person

Directions:

1. Take Soft Shaved Ice Generously in a bowl.
 2. Mould it in a glass to get the shape, insert a Ice Cream Stick in the Middle.
 3. Take it out of the glass once ice has taken the desired shape and it’s hard enough to hold the stick
 4. Pour the desired Del Monte Dessert sauce - chocolate…, strawberry or/and peach, over it generously to relish it.

Ingredients

1. Del Monte Four Seasons Mix Fruit Drink, chilled - 1 can
 2. Del Monte Pineapple-Orange Fruit Drink, chilled - 1 can
 3. Del Monte Pineapple Fruit Drink, chilled - 1 can
 4. Apple freshly grated - 1 no.
 5. Lemon juice - 1 tbsp
 6. Ginger juice - 1 tsp
 7. Ice-cubes - 10-12 nos
 8. Sugar syrup (optional) - as required
 9. Chilled soda - 1 can / bottle (250 ml)
 10. Mint leaves - handful

Method

1. Combine all ingredients (except soda & mint) in a punch bowl and stir well.
 2. Add soda just before serving.
 3. Serve immediately in iced fancy glasses, garnished with fresh sprigs of mint leaves.
