New Delhi, Gurgaon, Noida, Faridabad, March 03, 2016: In its endeavor to help spread the smiles and cheers amongst the less privileged, Vodafone India, one of India’s leading telecommunications service providers, announced a social initiative called ‘Exchange Happiness’ for its customers in Delhi NCR. The 52 exclusive Vodafone retail outlets spread across Delhi and NCR will facilitate the initiative, encouraging people to spread smiles by donating their old toys/clothes/ gadgets at the stores and in lieu gratifying them with treasure box full of vouchers/gifts from various brands that Vodafone customers will take back home.
To participate in this activity, customers can walk in and contribute old clothes/gadgets/toys at any Vodafone store between March 4th to 6th, 2016 and walk away with surprise gifts in return. These exciting surprises can be from any of the activity partners like Chaayos, Pure Play, Pizza Hut, Air Asia, etc. Customers can log in to www.vodafone.in and use My Vodafone App on their Smartphones to locate the nearest Vodafone Store in their area. My Vodafone Application will assist customers to determine the location of the nearest Vodafone store by simplifying the search and guiding them through Google maps and also via Pin code verification.

Each of the 52 stores will have two boxes where clothes/gadgets/toys will be collected from customers and donated to less fortunate. Vodafone is promoting this initiative through various platforms including SMS push, Email campaigns, Radio, Digital and Social media activations.
