Mumbai, March 29, 2016: Zicom Electronic Security Systems Ltd, pioneers of Electronic Security in India have initiated a short film contest #DontFollowUs showcasing features of the ‘ZIMAN’ app designed for the safety of women, children and the elderly. The unique features of ‘ZIMAN’ app includes Response Management in emergency situation facilitated by Zicom 24x7 command centre which enables rescue operations for the victim in danger.
The contest will be judged by eminent filmmakers’VinaySapru and Radhika Rao,makers of movies likeSanam Teri Kasam, Lucky- No Time for Love, popular music videos ChadhtiJawani, WohChali Who Chali, Tere Mast Mast Do Nain and ChoriKiya re.
Commenting on the overwhelming response, Mr. Pramoud Rao, Managing Director Zicom Electronic Security Systems Ltd said, “We have received over 1700 registrations from film makers till date for the contest and it clearly indicates ZIMAN’s popularity amongst the masses and the fact that Women’s Security continues to be a burning issue touching the hearts of every individual. At a time where there is high probability of encountering an emergency, ZIMAN plays a critical role not only in the safety of women but also senior citizens and children”.

The Ziman app was recently launched by ZICOM with the aim to provide24*7 protection and support.Loaded with unique features, the application is available across android devices. Ziman Premium acts as a virtual protector that aids safety and security during times of distress.
