Saptami the multi-cuisine all day dining restaurant at Holiday Inn Mumbai International Airport is celebrating Easter the resurrection of Jesus by organizing a scrumptious Easter Buffet. The executive chef, Sudhir Pai has prepared a special brunch menu which consists of salads, main course, desserts and drinks.  Besides the traditional Easter Eggs, a few other delicacies will also form the part of The Easter brunch which will be laid down on Sunday March 27.

The highlight of the brunch will be several live counters.  Roast Roulade of Lamb will be served with two sauces mint demiglaze and pomerry mustard sauce. Hot Dog station will serve mini chicken hot dogs with accompaniments such as Dijon Mustard/Ranch Dressing/Honey Mustard Mayo/Sweet Chili Sauce/ Red Chili sauce/ Jalapeno Peppers/Gherkins etc.  Those wanting to have pastas with their choice of sauces and garnishes can head for the live pasta station. Other live counters are, chaat, dosa, sev puri, pani puri etc.

The buffet will have main course dishes such as pork spare ribs, gosht adraki, honey  glazed roast chicken, Steam fish roulade with grain musterd and mushroom sauce, devilled eggs,i stir fry, pokchoy and tofu in garlic sauce, wok tossed brocolli in hunan sauce, delmonico potato, Hakka style noodles etc. There will be a lot of variety of Indian, Chinese and other continental food in the brunch.

A lavish dessert spread will have delicacies like Orange Almond Cake With Silk  chocolate glazed sauce,Pavalova With Fruit, Fruit Savarien, Vanilla Crème Brulle,  Lemon Souffle Cheese Cake With Blueberry, Dark Chocolate Mousse In Glass etc.
