A delightful eye pleasing customary Easter brunch awaits the patrons at Boulevard, the 24-hour coffee shop at Asia’s first five star ecotel The Orchid.

The splendid spread offers a large variety of soups, maincourse dishes along with a spectacular display of desserts.

The main course section boasts of delicacies such as Garlic herb roasted chicken, Chicken cafreal, Mutton vindaloo, Lamb randang curry, Seared fish steaks with caper sauce, Goan prawn curry, Rigatoni country style, Stuffed roasted potatoes, Grilled polenta with sweet pepper. The vegetarians can opt for Vegetable and cheese pie, Potato peri peri, Nargasi kofta masala, Mix veg xacuti etc.

The dessert counter will have the traditional Easter egg surprise, Easter coconut egg, assorted egg in bird nest. The other attractions include Hummingbird carrot cake, Kitkat Easter egg chest, Secret garden cupcakes, Tiramisu in Easter egg shell etc. Indian sweets, fruits and ice creams will also be the part of the desserts.
