14th March, Bengaluru: Chef Sachin Talwar, Executive Chef at My Fortune, Bengaluru along with Chef Sanjay Vishwakarma conducted a fun Dim Sum making workshop for lucky guests, in association with Little Black Book. Guests got a chance to try their hand at dim sum making and were introduced to different techniques and dim sum designs at the session.
The highlight of the workshop was the interesting use of Indian flavours in the dimsums and guests were seen having a gala time learning and interacting with each other.
