Centre for Research and Industrial Staff Performance, (CRISP) India will play a pivotal role of supporting and anchoring the entire plan by providing the management tools. CRISP has the capability of skilling the required manpower and provide necessary consulting services for smooth functioning of the operations and management works.
CRISP can offer advisory for smart solutions to the smart city. The primary role of CRISP will be limited to train the manpower and providing necessary consulting services rather than implementing the activities. Installation of the Intelligent Parking system, automated traffic control system, security systems for the Smart city, etc. Other services that CRISP can offer are Automated Software solutions, Industrial Consultancy, skill up gradation of existing manpower for maintenance of the smart cities and many more.
Water supply and its management, which stands single handedly as one of the major problems of all the cities in the present day, CRISP will play its part in management and installing water supply system. This is a Smart choice of water supply system as it has a feature of leakage detection. Features like Tank fill alarm make it even more beneficial and aid in taking a crucial step towards biological sources conservation.
Mr. Mukesh Sharma, CEO of CRISP said that "We are putting coordinated efforts and support to the endeavours in making the vision of realizing smart cities. We have skilled manpower for all types of services sought for. We would be happy to be part of the dream project, which would transform the infrastructure with great impact. He further added that, our role will be limited to train the manpower and providing necessary consulting services rather than implementing the activities.
Centre for Research and Industrial Staff Performance, (CRISP) has been established in the year 1997 as a Society under the Indo – German Technical Cooperation agreement. Ministry of MSME, Government of India was the line ministry for this project whereas the Department of Technical Education & Skill Development, Government of Madhya Pradesh and German Technical Cooperation agency (GTZ) were the implementation partners. It is head quartered in Bhopal with national & international operations dedicated to human resource development & organizational development. These activities are targeted at Government, Industries, Academic Institutions, Developmental Organizations as well as the Civil Society.
