YO, the name has been inspired by the twin cheerful hues of yellow and orange which are the house colors of The Shalimar Hotel and radiate the evergreen buzz that we effervescently stand for. The “Y” of Yellow reflects the characteristics of warmth, happiness and creativity, whilst the “O” of Orange compliments with endurance, spontaneity and zest.
The menu at this 12 covers small deli is a mélange of sandwiches, salads, variety of breads, coffee etc. However, it is the drool worthy choices, that makes it a must visit for one and all.
Right from the choice of bread to variety of fillings, the deli offers plenty of customized options. Non vegetarians can opt for Ham and Cheese, Fiesta Chicken, Lemon Tuna Melt, Barbecue Express, Italiano etc for fillings. A topping of mayonnaise, mustard, Italian pesto, spicy paprika, barbecue and a few more can provide you the distinct taste. Once done with the sauces, one can decide the salad filling. Similar options are available for vegetarians as well, however they can opt for paneer tikka, chatpata hariyali seekh kebab, grilled pepper dusted tofu, aloo mutter tikki etc.
The deli also gives you an option to prepare your own salads and sandwiches.
