Saptami- the multi-cuisine all day dining restaurant at Holiday Inn Mumbai International Airport , Sakinaka, Andheri East will be ideal venue for those looking to have a romantic dinner on Valentines Day. Aesthetic decorations in valentines’ colors of red, white and purple along with music promises to make the evening a memorable one.
The executive chef Sudhir Pai has prepared a menu which consists of soups, starters, main course and desserts. The menu has been made keeping in mind both vegetarian and non vegetarian food lovers. The soups on the menu are Hearty Artichoke & almond Mermaid lands prawn bisque Crème soup,. The starters are Pyar bhare dahi ki tikki, Mushroom and Potato Croquette, Dhadakte hue gosht ke kabab , Murgh Multani Tikka etc. Other main course attractions are Murg ke pyar bhara pasanda, Lovely Chicken soya ginger, Pan seared fish with strawberry citrus sauce, Dil se bani….hyderabadi diwani hundi , Aloo Chatpate….mithi yaden , Dilwale!!! paneer shahi korma , Pyar ka parwan… dal Palak etc.
A large array of desserts specially made for the occasion are Recipe for Romance (contains egg ) A trio of passion fruit brulee, Chocolate coated Naughty Strawberry Bowl, Warm Dark chocolate boga negera , Boombastiks (egg free ) Brownie, strawberry, marshmallow, and skewers dipped in white chocolate, butter scotch sauce, Sweet Heart (egg free) Crusty heart cookies topped with fennel mouse & meringue crust served with lemon mandarin sauce , Lovely decadence (egg free , Sugar free, gluten free), Dark Chocolate roasted almond and coffee flavored soft & mushy generously portioned Decadence .
Saptami Express, the deli at Holiday Inn Mumbai International Airport will be selling variety of cakes, tarts, pastries as a part of Valentines Day celebrations. Some of the items on the menu include Emoticons Chocolate coated strawberries – eggless, Couple Coupe Hazelnut & roasted almond Decadence, Sensualities Traditional Strawberry tart –sugar free , Best Men’s choice Mango & passion fruit cheese cake – eggless Lemon & guava. These and many more will be available between Feb 12 and 14 at the deli. (Timings-11.30 am onwards)
