23rd February, Mumbai : The Dressing Room exhibition - which happens bi annually was buzzing with consumers, fashionistas and was a complete shoppers paradise. Actor turned Tv chef personality Amrita Raichand was seen indulging in some retail therapy. She was surely having a gala time at this uber chic Spring Edition of The Dressing Room. TV Actor Gauri Pradhan was also spotted in some serious shopping.
The Dressing Room Spring summer edition catered to labels and brands in luxury pret, cruise wear, summer dresses, tunics, jackets, indian and ethnic wear, kids clothing and linen, home decor - Mother of Pearl, Elan. The luxury sleep wear brand - Dandelion was a hot favorite for all the pajamas and sleepover lovers.
Women were seen luxuriating themselves in high end jewelry brands like Alpana Gujral, Hemchand Mohanlal & Co.
The Meraki Project, had an excellent collection of ikat print dresses, light jackets, tops and more. Munkee See Munkee Do - the lakme fashion week designers were clearly the most popular kiosk.
Senha Arora, 11:11, Chirag Nainani had some beautiful silhouettes with hand woven embroidery, tye and dye prints and structured cuts.
The proceeds of the exhibition will be donated to Helping Hands & Akanksha Foundation.
All in all it was a day of complete retail therapy. See you at the next edition
