Bangalore, Feb 13, 2016: “Now property prices are just right. Budget is around the corner and interest rates are also coming down. So buyers need to think seriously about the purchasing” said Mr.J.C Sharma, President, CREDAI Bangalore on the inauguration of the 2 day CREDAI Realty Expo at Hotel Lalit Ashok here today.
“There are so many news articles that we keep reading regarding unsold inventory in Bangalore. Customers are also thinking about the market rates. Customers are getting misinformation about the same. There is no high unsold residential inventory” clarified Mr.Sharma.
Hundreds of people thronged the CREDAI Expo held at Hotel Lalit Ashok, Kumar Kripa High Grounds on its first day today. The event saw unprecedented success with hundreds of potential clients browsing through a range of projects by CREDAI members. The Expo hosted 29 builders and 3 banking institutions that provided comprehensive information on quality real estate projects in the vicinity.
Speaking on the inauguration of the event, Mr.K.K Maplani, Founder President, CREDAI Bengaluru says “Buying property is a little tedious task for everyone.
