Mumbai, February 09, 2016: MEP Infrastructure Developers Ltd (MID) (BSE: 539126, NSE: MEP), one of the leading players in tolling operations and Operate Maintain Transfer (OMT) segment in the road infrastructure sector in India, announced its Q3 results on 09.02.2016. The Company has posted a net revenue of Rs. 515.69 Crores for the quarter ended December 2015 on consolidated basis.
Company reported a Net Profit after tax at Rs. 5.28 Crores for the quarter ended December 2015 on consolidated basis.
The company registered an EBITDA for the third quarter of Rs. 148.21 Crores on consolidated basis.
Announcing the results, Mr. Jayant Mhaiskar, Vice Chairman & Managing Director - MEP Infrastructure Developers Ltd said, "We are happy to announce our third quarter PAT positive results post listing in May, 2015. This quarter has witnessed a positive growth with MEP gettiing awarded with 5 One year Tolling projects from NHAI in the competitive bidding. Today the government is operating large amount of tolling stretches which they would bring under either OMT or long term Toll Operate and Transfer (TOT) policy which will bring in steady pipeline of projects for bidding. With the NHAI bringing projects under Hybrid Annuity Model, we see immense growth potential for the infra sector in the country in the couple of months to come.
